9. Order Cancellation and Payment Terms

Order Cancellation:

• Orders canceled within 3 working days of placement will be refunded minus a 5% transaction fee to cover payment gateway charges.

• Orders canceled after 3 working days are non-refundable due to costs incurred for materials and subcontractor commitments.

Payment Terms:

• A deposit is required at the time of order placement.

• 50% of the remaining balance is due before delivery.

• The final 50% is due after successful installation.

• Total Product Cost : MYR 5,000

• Deposit (at order placement) : MYR 1,000

• 50% Balance Before Delivery : MYR 2,000

• 50% Balance After Installation : MYR 2,000
